Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are a great method of quickly cleaning up mess. The top robot vacuums and mops I've tested have top-notch mapping and navigation, picking up Cheerios as well as tangled wires, and fake dog turds without leaving them behind.

You can also schedule cleaning chores with an app and monitor their progress.

1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra

The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum combination.  robot vacuum best  comes with the most recent features. This premium vacuum is quick and agile and was able to pick up pet hair and human dander almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish interface that includes a mini map of your house and some on-screen buttons to control the device manually.

Another notable characteristic of the S8 is its ability to adjust its cleaning mode in accordance with dirt levels thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will wash its mopping pads more often when it encounters dust. Carpeted areas get priority for mopping using a damp mopping pad.

The mop roller comes with many other smart features, such as a dock that can be connected to your home's plumbing system to clean and wash it without you having to manually refill the mop. You can also use voice commands with the built-in voice assistant of the S8 that can be activated by saying "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular control options with your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for a hands free robot vacuum that also has mopping capabilities. It's part of a plethora of robot vacuums with combo features with mops, however it's priced at a lower price than the majority of competitors.

As with most robovacs the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it up and running. This involves setting up an account on the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once that's done, though the robot can begin vacuuming and mopping with ease.

It is important to remember that the mapping process may take a while, and the Yeedi Cube may need a couple of attempts before it can get an accurate image of your living space. In addition, object detection can be unpredictable; it was able to get around furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to flip its back to release itself. These are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those in need of a cleaning companion that does it all.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete delivers a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubbers. This results in floors being cleaned and not just being swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an innovative tool that can reach places even a robot vacuum cannot.

The model is basically identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa as well as a few additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home's layout better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you customize a variety of settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging base at the end of each task to clean their pads, empty the dust bins, and place the debris into bags that self-seal. This helps to keep the system clean and prevents allergens from returning to the system. Its battery longevity is sufficient to cover large areas without the need for a recharge during cleaning.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

The Eufy S1 Pro is a high-end robot vacuum and mop that has impressive features for an affordable price. It features an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a moving floor brush for carpets, and a great obstacle avoidance. It also features a unique mopping system, which uses a roller continuously filled with water to pick dirt and then deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.

Its navigation technology was effective, navigating close to walls without crashing, and avoiding stairs. It had trouble with small particles and did not always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also relatively high, which suggests it could be a less reliable set-and-forget model than other models.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with a docking system that allows it to refill its clean water, empty the dust bin and wash and dry the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors according to a routine schedule. You can control all of its functions via the Eufy app. It provides a clear overview and plenty of configurability.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot mowers and vacuums available, and it provides impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. Its LIDAR mapping sensor is able to recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with a decent precision, and the app allows users to fine-tune map coverage, set zones that are not allowed to enter, and set cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is specifically designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This can be an issue for many robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that rotate at 180 RPM and apply upward pressure of up to 12N. The mopping system incorporates intelligent carpet detectors that raise the pads when they are near soft surfaces in order to prevent contamination.

The docking station acts as an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dry the mops, and refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station features an integrated dust-processing system that compacts dust and allows for seven weeks of uninterrupted maintenance.

6. S10

This robot is only a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my home office clean. It can also reach into the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to create an outline of your area, so it knows which areas to avoid. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can block things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop) unlike other vacuums.

Other amazing features include a self emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set up cleaning schedules within the app and adjust the settings for each room in your home.

Like the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. If you're looking to cut down on time, it will avoid mopping rooms that aren't filthy. It's an excellent option if you have a mix of flooring in your home and do not want to invest the extra money on the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is a great choice to consider if you're seeking a flexible robot that can do both regular maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes. It offers a broad range of features including self-emptying dustbins and an additional water refill dock, as well as customizable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It can't pick tangled rug tassels up and its battery drains more quickly than other models we've tested.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that offers a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it did very well. It comes with a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the low power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the incredibly powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It also has the capability to automatically remove and replace its mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for those who live in tiny areas. It's extremely quick and quiet and it is able to navigate tight spaces efficiently. It also does a nice job of getting pet hair off carpeting.

It's smaller than the majority of its competitors however it doesn't compromise features. It has decent suction power and can be programmed to take photos of each object it picks (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as "not located' so that they are not taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure and are not tied to your account.

It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, but it isn't as good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip onto the bottom of the bot and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
